A important bit of news here - for the next two weeks - i.e. this week and next week Training will be on Wednesdays from 2000 to 2200 at Longbenton Astro - which is the pitch next to where we train on the 3G.

For clarity - Training is on Wednesday 11 and Wednesday 18 January at 2000 at Longbenton before returning to Thursdays from 26 Jan.

Because the Knights have no game next weekend (22 October) there will be a club wide trip to the Dogs at Brough Park next Saturday night. Read more for some specifics for this authentic British experience.

As we seem to have had a return to Autumnal weather, how about a return to training.

Due to the exertions of the season, and in particular Bluesfest last weekend, we're going to take a break from training until the first week in August.

Just in case any of you didn't get the email - the AGM will be held at the club on Friday 25 May 2011 at 1900.

After the business part of the occasion is dealt with, there'll be an opportunity for going on the lash.

As the spring finally seems to have arrived (touch wood), training is moving from Burnside back to the club starting this Thursday (7 April) from 1830 until the light goes.

Changing facilities etc will be available for those of you coming straight from work
