That is after the read more bit...
Brooklands will be the best team NuTLC have ever faced in league competition. They made an almost miraculous recovery from a 3rd quarter score of 3-9 to pull off a most unlikely (at that stage) 10-10 draw against Mellor.
What does this say about them?
They have explosive firepower that they can call on when in need.
They have “a bit of ticker” as one might say; that’s character to the rest of us.
They spent some time during the 3rd Q break fiddling with their sticks
And possibly worst of all, they didn’t run out of legs.
This wall of positives for the visitors will be counteracted by the return of the following players missing last week: Michael, Webbe, Walker, Ellwood, Bryant, and Ford, when combined with the (probable/possible) addition of Kelley, and players playing in position, there’s plenty in this game for the silver and black brethren.
That’s all I’ve got to say other than....
