More drama than the whole of 1990s Eastenders combined this weekend in NEMLA Premier 2, with concessions, capitulations and fortunately no catapults.
More coming after the bit where you have to click....
Nottingham found themselves on the back end of a 14 goal swing at home to Brooklands losing 4-18.
Liverpool went to Poynton and were 10 goals worse off being nilled to 24 for their troubles.
But the only really interesting result wasn't even a result. Stops conceded a home game to Mellor meaning we now own the tie breaker over both them and Nottingham.
After all of this drama, the league looks like this
Brooklands 9-2-1 (W-L-D)
Stops 4-8 (1 concession)
Notts 3-7 (1 concession)
This coming Saturday sees a crunch game at Broadway West as Nottingham (hopefully) make their long way north to take on the Silver and Black hordes of Newcastle. Elsewhere Stops host Norbury and Mellor and Brooklands square off in a top of the table clash.
Training on Thursday is 2000
